Provides comprehensive equity screening tools. Use <EQS> to screen for equities, <FSRC> for funds, and <SRCH> for the fixed income search tool.

Morningstar Direct
From Global Databases, select stocks to see many sortable categories of information for each equity. Use Investment List to screen for equities. Spreadsheets contain many sortable categories of information.
Available in the Duda Family Business Library. Allows for 38 simultaneous users. ***NOTE: To access Morningstar Direct, sign in with the username and password found in the Box folder.***
Click on Find Ideas and then Screener to find stocks. Use the left-side menu to limit by criteria including Value Line ratings. Select Fund Advisor Plus to screen for mutual funds.
Use Advanced Search to screen for companies. Put OR searches (US OR Canada) first, then other criteria added with AND.

What is screening?
Many databases allow you to find results that match your criteria. For example, stocks in a certain industry that have a chosen market cap. These tools are often in a separate place from the main search screen when you open the database.
