Within a company, select the Filings tab to see recent filings. Select the Government Filings tab to search across filings. Allows text searching of current and historical EDGAR filings for public companies.

Search by ticker or company name. Click on SEC Filings under News, Events & Filings to see 20 years worth of filings, including Blackline which shows changes. Tabs divide the filings for easy distinction between 10-Q/K, 8-K, DEF/PRE, and S-1 forms. Search across filings by keyword.
Use the Capital IQ Excel add-in for additional data functionality, available from a limited number of dedicated computers in the Duda Family Business Library.

Select Filings from the main menu or search by company name or ticker. Expand the News, Research & Filings menu and select Filings to see current and historical filings. Use Filings Wizard to download multiple filing types and for multiple companies. Use Blackline Now to compare filings and find changes.
Use the FactSet Excel add-in for additional data functionality, available from a limited number of dedicated computers in the Duda Family Business Library that don't require an individual account.

Bloomberg
Enter {Ticker} <EQUITY> <GO> and select Filings to see current and historical filings.
Available in the Duda Family Business Library. Use the Excel Add-In to obtain and organize Bloomberg data in spreadsheets. Information about the Bloomberg Certification program.

EDGAR
Search the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) site for company filings. Select "EDGAR - Search and Access" from the left for advanced searching options. Includes guides on how to use EDGAR.

Contains Compustat, a database with extensive financial statement information that can be selected in many ways. Useful for downloading large datasets for a wide range of years.
Account required and limited to faculty, staff, PhD and Masters students. Undergraduates can apply for a 3-day pass that works on campus. Subscription datasets include Capital IQ, COMPUSTAT, CRSP, Datastream, Eventus, Guidance Feed, I/B/E/S, Mergent FISD, OptionMetrics, SDC, and Thomson/Refinitiv 13F Ownership, Mutual Fund Ownership, and Insider Data.

Filings on company websites
Public company websites may include recent SEC filings on a page with a heading like Investor Relations.
