To obtain books or articles that are not available from the SMU campus libraries either in print or digital format, you may request a limited number of materials via the ILLiad automated ILL system.

If you have not previously registered, you are required to complete the registration form, per the instructions on the screen.
Please limit your requests to no more than 5 books or articles at a time.

To borrow materials at academic or public libraries in the Dallas/Fort Worth area without going through interlibrary loan, you may obtain a TexShare card at Fondren Library, the main Library on the SMU campus.
