Start here. Search by company name or ticker. Select the Filings tab to download recent filings. The Government Filings tab from the main Mergent menu contains a fairly robust search tool for SEC filings.

Under a company's page, select SEC Filings from News, Events & Filings to download a variety of methods including Blackline, which shows changes.

Contains Compustat, a database with extensive financial statement information that can be selected in many ways. Useful for downloading large datasets for a wide range of years.

Undergraduates can apply for a 3 day pass that works inside the Business Library.
