Library Staff Resources: Marketing

Libraries staff use the Marketing Request form above. SMU community patrons (student and staff organizations, departments, etc.) can contact smulibraries@smu.edu to place a request for digital signage. Have them include in the email:

• name and affiliated SMU organization
• email address
• Dates signage should be displayed
• Signage file

Specifications for file: 1920x1080 pixels at 72ppi. JPEG format at a Medium-High setting. Artwork can have the same specifications as above or can be short MP4 movie (1080p).
