Installing LibKey Nomad

  1. Download the extension for your internet browser: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Brave, or Vivaldi.
  2. Select "Southern Methodist University" as your organization.

Setting Up LibKey.io

 

Go to the LibKey.io website and search a DOI or PMID. The first time you use LibKey.io (or after you clear your browser's cache), select Southern Methodist University as your organization.

In this example, the results allow downloading a PDF, reading it online, or browsing the journal that the article was published in.

You can also search for DOIs or PMIDs directly by typing "libkey.io/" into your browser, followed by the identifying information.
For example, search for the article above by entering, libkey.io/10.1111/j.1939-3881.2008.00008.x.
