DeGolyer Library is always appreciative of gifts of materials, whether single books or entire collections. Indeed, without donations, our efforts at collection development would be severely handicapped. If a particular gift is not appropriate for our collection, we'll help suggest other libraries that might be able to use your materials.
The future of the AWSW lies in the acquisition of primary sources that document the experiences of women in the Southwest and our ability to provide researchers access to these materials. The DeGolyer Library seeks to raise funds designated for women's collection development. Acquiring significant collections through purchase will also help in attracting donations of other collections with research value.
