Creating Citations

When entering citations for resources that cannot be linked to, like print resources or electronic articles that are in databases behind a paywall, editors use Wikipedia's parameters to enter citations. These examples show how to convert an academic citation into the form used by Wikipedia.

  • Location of publication
  • Pages cited
  • Language (use "en" for English)
